Our Company was originally incorporated under the name “Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 16, 2019, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central registration Centre. ... Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 20, 2023. Production in 2022-23 stood at 11.14 million tonnes compared to 11.12 million tonnes in 2021-22.
