Subsequently, our Company was ... converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our shareholders at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on October 08, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 02, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, consequent upon conversion, the name of our Company changed from ‘Game Changers Texfab Private Limited’ to ‘Game Changers Texfab Limited’.
