Our Company was originally incorporated as “Current Infraprojects Private Limited” at Jaipur, Rajasthan as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 31, 2013, issued by the RoC, Rajasthan with an object to ... takeover of the running business of M/s. Current Services Consultants, a proprietorship concern of our promoter Sujata Gangwar together with its assets, liabilities, rights, privileges, concessions, obligations and contracts. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extraordinary general meeting held on February 01, 2025. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Current Infraprojects Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre on March 06, 2025, and Corporate Identification Number is U42900RJ2013PLC044719.
