The Company was promoted by the Rayanis with trading experience of over three decades in the industry.

Panama Petrochem was incorporated in the year 1982 as a private limited company at Ankleshwar registered with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat with an Equity Capital of Rs. 15,00,000 for manufacture and marketing of Petroleum Speciality Products namely Agricultural Spray Oil, Dewatering Fluid and Liquid paraffin (I.P.) (Light). It was converted into a Public Limited Company on 6th December, 1993. The company sells their products under the Name 'PANAMA'. The installed capacity as on 31.03.94 was 4300 K.L.
