The Company was incorporated on 3rd July, 1981 with the name “Allied Colloids Private Limited” and later the Company was converted into Public Limited and the name was changed to “Allied Colloids Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 4th December, 1992; Later the name of “Allied Colloids Limited” was changed to “Dujodwala Products Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 12th February, 1993. The Company went for Initial Public Offering and got listed on BSE Limited on 13th September, 1994. The name of the Company was further changed from “Dujodwala Products Limited” to “Mangalam Organics Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 9th October, 2013. Mangalam Organics Limited is a BSE and NSE listed company primarily manufacturing Pine Chemicals such as Terpene Chemistry: Camphor, Camphene, Isobornyl Acetate, Isoborneol, Dipentene and Sodium Acetate and Synthetic Resins: Terpene Phenolic Resin, Alkyl Phenolic Resin, Rosin Based Resins. The company also has a strong retail presence through its brands Mangalam and CamPure which can be seen on "www.houseofmangalam.com". The company has a strong foothold in the pine chemicals Industry through its management that has been in the field for over 50 years. Mangalam Organics Limited is a government recognized export house with customers in Europe, USA, Africa and the Middle East. The manufacturing plant was established in 1996 at Kumbhivali, Mumbai. Over the years the company has successfully increased its production, augmented its sales reach and maintained its superior quality for which it is renowned. Going forward Mangalam Organics Limited will continue to strive and innovate to meet the growing requirements of its valued customers.
