NCLT approved Scheme of Arrangement under the provisions of section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 between Aarti Industries Limited and Aarti Pharmalabs Limited and their respective shareholders, sanctioned by the NCLT on September 21, 2022 (the certified true copy of the order was received on September 22, 2022). Pursuant to the Scheme, Pharma business of Aarti Industries Limited has been vested into the Company
