A. BASIS OF PREPARATION:

The financial statements have been prepared and presented under the historical cost convention on the accrual basis of accounting and comply with the Accounting Standards prescribed by Companies (Accounting Standards ) Rules, 2006 as amended, other pronouncements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ('ICAI').

b. USE OF ESTIMATES:

The preparation of the financial statements is in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in India and requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of income and expenses of the period, assets and liabilities and disclosures relating to contingent liabilities as on the date of the financial statements. Actual results could differ from those estimates. Any revision to accounting estimates is recognised prospectively in future periods.

c. FIXED ASSETS & DEPRECIATION :

The Company does not own any Tangible or Intangible Fixed Assets during the Financial year under consideration

d. INVESTMENTS:

Long Term / Non Current Investments are valued at cost. Provision is made to recognize a decline, other than temporary, in the opinion of the management.

e. REVENUE RECOGNITION:

Provisions are recognized in the accounts in respect of present probable amount of which can be reliably estimated. Contingent Liabilities are disclosed in respect of possible obligations that arise from past events but their existence is confirmed by the occurrence or non-occurrence of one or more uncertain future events not wholly within the control of the Company.Contingent Liabilities are not provided for in the accounts but are shown separately in the Notes to the accounts.

1. BASIS OF ACCOUNTING

According have been prepared under historical cost convention and in according with generally accepted accounting principles.

2. INCOME RECOGNITION:

All revenues/income except dividend are recognized on accrual basis of accounting.

3. INVENTORIES

Inventories Valued at Cost.

4. RETIREMENT BENFITS:

Provision for retirement benefit has not been made as on employee has in the qualifying period of service for entitlement of benefits.

5,TAXATION:

Current taxation provision is keeping in view the current tax rates in force.
