Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from ÂViviana Power Tech Private Limited to ÂViviana Power Tech Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 14, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.Â
