1993 - Vishnu Chemicals Ltd. was founded as Keystone industries Ltd near Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. It was incorporated by Mr. Krishna Murthy to manufacture Chrome Chemicals.

2006

- Company has changed its name from Keystone Industries Ltd. to Vishnu Chemicals Ltd.

2007 - On the same date board also recommended issuing 2400000 Equity shares under QIP (Qualified Institutions Placement).

- Again on 21st June 2007 board had approved to issue and allotment of equity shares to raise funds up to Rs. 50 Cores under private placement.

- On the same date board also approved the appointment of Shir. V S Raju & Shir. J Appa Rao, as Directors of the company who retires by rotation and offers themselves for re appointment.

- The board of directors of Vishnu Chemicals Ltd had decided to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 16 crore to Rs 20 crore.

2008

-The board of directors of the company had decided to increase authorized capital of the company from Rs 20 crore to Rs 52 crore.

-The Company Recommended a dividend of 10% on the Paid up equity capital of the Company.

2011
-The Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. P. Anjaneyulu, General Manager (Finance) as Compliance Officer.

2012
-Appointment of Mr. Dr. S. Chandrasekhar as Independent Director.

2013
-Company has appointed Mr. B. S. Harikrishna, an associated member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary of the Company.

2014
-Appointment of Shri. V. Vimalanand as Independent Director.
-Appointment of Dr. S. Chandrasekhar as Independent Director.
-Commenced Commercial Production,of Chromic Acid & Chrome Oxide

2017

-Barium Carbonate Production commenced at Srikalahasti

2022
-The Company's Backward Integration Project at Visakhapatnam Unit is successfully completed and operations have commenced at expected levels.

2023
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
- ''Completion of Trails of Precipitated Barium Sulphate (Blanc Fixe) andSodium Sulphide and Commencement of Production''.


2024
-Vishnu Chemicals acquired Jayansree Pharma Private Limited.


2025

- Commencement of Commercial Production of Strontium Carbonate
