The company was originally incorporated on September 01, 1992, in the name and style of “Rudrabhishek Enterprises Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public Company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on September 28, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to “Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited Company dated November 03, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
