The company has been promoted by Shri Amritlal K. Kataria, Shri Arvindkumar D. Sanghvi, Shri Ugamraj M. Hundia and Shri Prakashraj S. Jain.

The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 19/09/1990 under the name of Real Tubes Private Limited. Immediately after the incorporation of the company in September, 1990 various steps were initiated by the promoters to st up a project to manufacture Seamless Steel Pipes and Stainless Steel Cold Drawn Tubes.

Present Business of the Company

The company is setting up a Cold Rolling unit for manufacturing Stainless Steel Strips at village Sari, Taluka, Sanand District Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to manufacture stainless steel strips with an installed capacity of 3,600 Tonnes per Annum.

As of March, 1992, the total installed capacity of downstream Cold Rolling units was around 1 million tonnes. There are nearly 50 Cold Rolling units in the country. Of these, around 18 units constitute more than 70% of the capacity while the number of small units together have only 30% of the total capacity.

-The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per share (10%)
-Mr. Jitendra Mamtora are appointed as Independent Directors of the Company

2013
- The companya has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.80/- Per Share (8%).

2016
- The Registered office of the company's has been shifted from "401-402, 'Florence' Opp. Ashram Road P.O. Ashram Road, Ahmedabad -380009" to "Survey No.: 245, Village Sari, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad-Bavla Highway, Dist.: Ahmedabad-382220"
