The Company was originally incorporated on 19th July, 1984 in the name of Searchlight India Ltd. and subsequently place of Registered Office was changed from state of West Bengal to State of Maharashtra by the order of Company Law Board, Calcutta dated 20th April, 1995. The name of the Company was changed to Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd. vide Certificate dated 20th January, 2009 issued by ROC Mumbai.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.

-Appointment of Ms. Raveena Tandon for Promotion, Publicity and Marketing of the products of the Company.
