PADAM COTTON YARNS LIMITED was incorporated on the 2nd day of November, 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956, having its Registered Office at 661, FARASH KHANA, G. B. ROAD, DELHI - 110006 and works at 71/3, Mile Stone, G.T. Road, Karnal, Haryana. The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on the 7th day of December, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. The company has already acquired land on lease for setting up of the project and has started construction of additional building 90% of the construction of the additional building is already complete and the company is in the process of installing the plant & machinery at site.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company has been promoted by Sh. Padam Sain Gupta, Sh.Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal and Sh.Vivek Gupta to set up an open end spinning mill to manufacture cotton yarn, with an installed capacity of 3553 M.T.p.a. The Company is yet to commence commercial production.

2003-Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Padam Sain Gupta, Managing Director and Mrs Kusum Kumari, a Director of the company have resigned with effect from December 30, 2002.
