YEAR EVENTS
1993 - Range Apparels Limited Was incorporated as a Private Limited
Company on 23rd June, and Was subsequently converted into a
Public Limited Company w.e.f. 21st February 1994. The Registered
office of the Company is situated at 114-6S6/A, A.C.Guards,
Hyderabad 500 004, Andhra Pradesh.

- The Company is promoted by Shri Mano Kumar and his wife
Smt. Sumedha Saraogi in technical arrangement With Kuke Nylon Co.
Ltd., (KNC), S. Korea, for setting up a new 100% EOU for the
manufacture of knitted designer cotton socks of international
standards/quality With an installed capacity of 29.45 Lakhs pairs
per annum at Jeedimetla, Ranga Reddy District, A.P.

1996 - The company has set up a Dying plant along with Cone winding
machine to augment the need for good quality of dying and timely
availability of raw material at short notice.

- The company has entered into a buyback agreement with M/s.
Dongwon Trading Co., Ltd. Korea for marketing of the products.

2000 - The Company further issue of 15,00,000 No. of equity shares of
Rs. 10/- each at a premium not less than Rs. 15/- per share on
preferential allotment basis.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Range Apparels Ltd. to Shreeyash Industries Ltd.

2012
- Shreeyash In - Bags a larger order for Garments worth Rs. 695 lakhs

2014
-Shreeyash Industries arm Manidhari Health Mantra changes its name to Being Wellness
-Company has changed its name from Shreeyash Industries Ltd to Nutricircle Ltd.
