1992 - The company changed its mission to develop advanced software systems for the Indian and US markets.

2004 - Name of the company was changed from Technica Valves Ltd to Nexxoft Infotel Ltd on 22nd November.

2006 - The company had appointed Mr Manoranjan Kanthanathan as CEO and director of the company.

- The company had opened a Software Development Center at BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore.

2007 - The company had acquired 100% of the business of the Mumbai-based software company, eZeesoft (P) Ltd.

- The company was appointed as the sole selling agent for India by the US based Flexsim Software Products, Inc.

- Mr G Nirmal was appointed as the director of the company.

- Mr. G O Chakrapani Reddy and Mr. Jamili Jalliah, were reappointed as directors of the company

- The company had a tie up with Syspro for ERP Solutions. The company was appointed as SysproT value added reseller for India and Middle East region.
