The Company was incorporated as 'Rameshchand Industries Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated January 7, 1992 bearing registration no. 55-47055 in Delhi. The name of the company has been changed to 'RCI Industries & Technologies Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2000.
Initially, the Registered Office of the Company was situated at A-5/5, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi,India. The Registered Office was shifted with effect from June 05, 1995 to B-97, All Heavens Building, Wazirpur Ring Road, Delhi - 110052, India.
