V M Jog construction Ltd was incorporated in 1978 V M Jog construction founded in 1952 by V M Jog civil engineer from the University of Bombay as a part partnership firm. It required its present form in 1985 & made its maiden public issue of shares to take equity capital to Rs. 2 Crore.

The Company specialies in the manufacture & laying of MS Pipelines PSC pipelines in the cement martar inlinery & coal for enamal of pipelines pref. Mass housing varies heavy contruction water treatment plants & high precision fabrication & erection works the company has a major workshop base at Kharadi near Pune which fabricates several specialised supporting equipment required for various engineering & construction work.

2005

-Shri Madhav Vishnu Jog Managing Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the company.

-Stock split from 85 lakhs equity shares of Rs 10/- each into 10 share of Re 1/- each
