The Company was promoted by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain, Chartered Accountant by profession.

The Company was incorporated on 5th May, 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi and received the certificate to commence the business on 18th May 1994, immediately after the receipt of the ceritificate to commence the business the company has started investment activities in shares and stocks and
consultancy services. Further, to commence the Merchant Banking Activities, the Company has already applied on 22nd September, 1994 with SEBI for registration in category-III. Besides, the
management is planning to commence the business of Leasing, Financing, Consultancy in various field.

2011

-The Company has recommended a Final Dividend of 7.5% (Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each).

2013

-The Company have recommended a dividend of 7.5% (Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the F.Y. 2012-13

2014

-The Company have recommended a dividend of 10% (Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the F.Y. 2013-14

2018

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-.
