SRU SHARE BROKERS LTD was incorporated on December 5th 1994 as Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies at Jallandhar city. The Company has obtained certificate of commencement of Business from Registrar of Companies at Jallandhar City on 9th December, 1994.

PRESENT OPERATIONS

As the company has recently started its activities, sto presently volume of its Business is at starting stage and is expected to grow at rapid speed, once the proceeds of public issue are realised by the Company.

One of the Company's Promoter Director holds the ticket of Ludhiana Stock Exchange in the name of M/s. S R Uppal and Company. To operate un this line of business, the Company is in the process of tying up with reputed companies and individuals located at Delhi, Bombay and various other parts of the Company.

-Company has changed its name from SRU Share Brokers Ltd. to Nova Publications India Ltd. 

2022
-Company name has changed to Encode Packaging India Ltd. from Nova Publications India Ltd..
