Dynamic Industries Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1989, as a private limited company with the staff of 10 people headed by Dipak Choksi and Harin Mamalatdarna and a production capacity of 120 metric tons per year of reactive dyes. The year 1991 saw the start of non benzydene direct dyes and the export of our products.

We introduced the spectrometer in 1993 and in 1994 we started manufacturing acid dyes, 1-1 and 1-2 metal complex dyes. We became a Public limited company in 1995 with equity of Rs 3 Crore. We opened a new production facility in 1999 and have kept progressing ever since.

2007

-Dynamic Industries has recommended Dividend @ 6%.

-Shri Pravinchandra D Master and Shri Jatin B Surti have been appointed as additional Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company.

2014
-Board recommends Dividend of 10%.
