Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited was promoted by Devinder Kumar & the Bombay based business family of Jhawars'. The company was incorporated on October 1st 1992 as a public limited Company to take up the project of setting up of Textile Process House for Cotton, Rayon & Hosiery Fabrics.
The company has acquired 100 per cent equity of M/s Western Chloride & Chemicals (P) Ltd in 1993 and therby making WCCPL a fully owned subsidiary of the company. WCCPL was promoted by P K Mehta and H M Mahimtura in 1970. The promoters sold their entire share holding to Jhawar family in December 1991. The company acquired 100 per cent equity of WCCPL from Jhawar family for Rs.65.10 lacs in March, 1993 as against its Net Asset Value of Rs.90.33 lacs in 31.3.1993. Apart from WCCPL, M/s Sohanlal Exports Fabrics Pvt Ltd is also a subsidiary of the company by virture of Section 4(1)(a) of the companies Act, 1956.

-Board approved the delisting of its equity shares from Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Delhi and Jaipur Stock Exchanges.
