Further the name of the company was changed from ÂJay Gems (India) Private Limited to ÂDev Labtech Venture Private Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 22, 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from ÂDev Labtech Venture Private Limited to ÂDev Labtech Venture Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 23, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
