Cubex Tubings Limited is an existing profit making and dividend paying company involved in the manufacture of copper and allied products. The company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited company on 10th August, 1979 at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh and was subsequently converted as Public Limited Company on 13th March, 1992. In the month of March 1993 the company went to public for equity participation and the issue was successfully subscribed and the share of the company were listed on 10th June, 1993 at Hyderabad Stock Exchange and listed at Bombay Stock Exchange on 1/10/1993.

Copper because of its high electrical conductivity and heat transfer characteristics finds wide application in the form of rods, tubes, strips, flats and wires. The user industries are generally Switchgear, motors, Refrigeration, heat exchanger, Automobile and Electrical equipment Industries.

2005

-Cubex Tubings secures orders from NTPC & SIEMENS

2006

-Cubex Tubings secures order of Rs 80 mn from NTPC

-The Company has received orders worth 95 millions from Siemens and an Engineering Company for the manufacture and supply of seamless condenser tubes.

2007

-Cubex Tubings has received order worth 60 millions from National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd

2008

-Cubex Tubings has received order worth Rs 60 millions from NTPC Ltd under competitive bidding

2012
-Cubex Tubings appointed Sri. Virendra Bhandari as Executive Director of the Company.

2013
-Cubex Tubings appointed Mr. Trilok Singh as Additional Director.

2016

- The Company is in receipt of a contract from ORPIC for supply of Cu Nl Tubes to be supplied within 36 months.
