Cube Highways Trust వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Settlor set up the Trust by way of the Original Trust Deed dated December 7, 2021, as a contributory irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 at New Delhi, India such that all assets and properties of the Trust are held by the Trustee for the benefit of Unitholders subject to provisions of the Trust Deed and InvIT Regulations. The Trust was registered as an infrastructure investment trust under the InvIT Regulations on April 5, 2022, having registration number IN/InvIT/22-23/0022. The Original Trust Deed was amended and restated by a trust deed dated July 8, 2022, which was subsequently further amended and restated by the Trust Deed dated March 11, 2024. The units of the Trust were initially listed on Stock Exchanges pursuant to a private placement of Units since April 19, 2023. 

Pursuant to the resolution dated January 30, 2026 passed by the board of directors of Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited acting in its capacity as the investment manager of the Trust, the subsequent resolution dated February 19, 2026, passed by the Unitholders of the Trust, the deed of adherence to the Trust Deed dated February 20, 2026 and in accordance with the InvIT Regulations, CH-I and CH-III were declassified as the sponsors of the Trust and, CH-V was inducted as the new sponsor of the Trust. 

Further, Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited is the Investment Manager of the Trust, Cube Highways Asset & Project Advisory Private Limited* is the Project Manager to the Trust and Erstwhile Project Manager is the settlor of the Trust.
