The Company was incorporated as ?Beta Drugs Private limited? at Himachal Pradesh as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 21, 2005 bearing Corporate Identification Number U24230HP2005PTC28969 issued by Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 24, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ?Beta Drugs Limited? pursuant to issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company from Private to Public Limited dated August 11, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh.
