Arman Lease & Finance Limited was incorporated on 26th November 1992 as Private Limited Company under the name and style Arman Lease & Finance Private Limited, and was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 22nd December 1993. It
was promoted with the main object of providing a wide spectrum of financial services both fund and non fund based activities such as Lease/Hire Purchase Finance, Bill Discounting, Investment in primary and secondary market, Merchant Banking, Portfolio Management, Loan Syndication, etc.

2005

-Arman Financial Services declared the Interim Dividend @ 6%

2008

-Company name has been changed from Arman Lease & Finance Ltd to Arman Financial Services Ltd.

-Arman Financial Services declared the Interim Dividend @ 6%
