1. During the year at the time of communal riots the premises of the company were attacked and set on fire. Hence the books of accounts and other records for part of the period were not avail able for audit as they are destroyed before carrying out the audit. However the audited result of the previous quarter has been considered in computing the final accounts.

2. Previous year figures have been regrouped wherever necessary.

3. No provision for gratuity has been made, since at present none of the employee qualifies for gratuity.

4. Debtors and creditors balances are subject to confirmation.

Notes on Secured Loans:

1. Borrowings from banks are secured by hypothecation of stock in trade, bank debts and all fixed assets against which term loan is not taken. Also, secured by equitable mortgage of office building and free hold land and equitable mortgage of one residential bungalow in the name of wife of one director and personnel guarantee of four directors.

2. Borrowings from finance company has been secured by hypothecation of assets acquired under finance scheme.
