YEAR EVENTS
1995 - The Company was incorporated on 13th January, and obtained
Certificate of Commencement of Business on 21st March. The
Company was promoted by Jaiprakash Agarwal, Lalit Agarwal,
Mahendra Agarwal and Ramchandra Garg. The company is engaged in
the business of transportation of LPG and Bitumen from various
refineries located at Mumbai. Koyali (Baroda), Hazira (Surat)
etc. to various LPG bottling plants, storage centres on behalf
of HPCL, IOCL, BPCL and other private concerns.

- The Company proposed to augment its existing fleet from 8 LPG
tankers to 35 LPG tankers and 15 Bitumen tankers.

1996 - 3,00,000 shares were held by the promoters. The company came out
with a public issue of 51,10,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10
each of which, 19,10,000 shares were allotted to promoters,
directors and their friends on firm allotment basis. 6,00,000
shares and 5,00,000 shares were allotted on preferential basis to
IMFs and DFIs/Bankers respectively. Balance 22,00,000 shares
were allotted to the public. (all were taken up).

1997 - 2000 - No news.

2008

-Company name has been changed from Bombay Baroda Roadways (India) Ltd to Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd.


2011

- The Board of Directors of the Company, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1 per Equity Share (10%).

2012

-Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has been merged/ amalgamated with Agarwal Petrochemical Pvt. Ltd.

2013

-Board has recommended a dividend of 12% (Rs. 1.20 per share) for the year 2013.

2014

-The Registered offices address has been shifted from Unit No. 4, "B" wind, Sita Estate, Aziz Baug, Mahul Road, Chembur, Mumbai - 400074 to Eastern Court, Unit No. 201-202, Plot No. 12, V.N. Purav Marg, S.T. Road, Chembur, Mumbai - 400071 Phone Nos. : + 91-22-25291149/50 Fax : +91-22-25291147.
