Our Company was originally incorporated as "Black Star Products Private Limited" on March 24, 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat (‘ROC’). The name of Company was subsequently changed to "Maruti Dyechem Private Limited" to diversify its new activities in the field of Dyes and Intermediates and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from ROC on February 12, 1998. Further the name of the Company
was change to "Anshu’s Clothing Private Limited" to give effect to the alteration in the Main Object Clause for entering into garment business. Consequent upon conversion into Public Limited Company the name of our Company was changed to "Anshu’s Clothing Limited "on April 20, 2012 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat , Ahmedabad on June 1, 2012.

-Launched the brand " ANSHU’S DESIGNER STUDIO "designer wears for ladies. It was inaugurated by the famous film actress Amisha Patel.

2011

-Launched the brand "LOLIPOP" exclusively for kids

2012

- Anshu’s Clothing Ltd gets its shares listed on the Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group Securities.

-Launched the brand " KALAMKARI"

2013
-Anshu's Clothing declare Bonus issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (that is 1 (One) Bonus equity Share of Rs. 10/- for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2014
-Anshu's Clothing Registered office of the Company be shifted From F-103, Shivalik Plaza, Near IIM ATIRA Road. Vastrapur, Ahmedabad - 380015. To A-212, Titenium City Centre, Nr. IOC Petrol Pump,100 FT Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015.

-Anshu’s Clothing Ltd has informed the registered office of the Company has been shifted w.e.f. July 04, 2015, from, F-103, SHIVALIK PLAZA, NEAR IIM, ATIRA ROAD, VASTRAPUR, AHMEDABAD - GUJARAT, 380015., To A-307, 3rd Floor, TITANIUM CITY CENTRE, NR Sachin Tower, 100 FT ROAD, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD - 380015.

-Company name has changed from Anshu's Clothing Ltd. to Aditri Industries Ltd.
