Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from ÂYash Optics & Lens Private Limited to ÂYash Optics & Lens Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 29, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre.
