YEAR EVENTS

1913 - The Company was incorporated at Mumbai. The Company is the sole
representative in India for several U.K., and American
manufacturers of engineering and textile machinery and stores.
The Company also acts as distributors of some indigenous
engineering and textile machinery. The products are marketed
under the trade name "BRANDY".

1922 - 13,000 shares issued for cash.

1946 - 4,000 Bonus equity shares issued in the prop. 1:4.

1948 - 10,000 Bonus Equity shares issued in the prop. 1:2.

1966 - 30,000 Bonus Equity shares issued in the prop. 1:2.

1970 - 20,000 Bonus Equity shares issued in the proportion 1:3. The
shares rank for dividend from 1/1/1969.

1990 - Brady & Morris Engineering Co. Ltd., is a subsidiary of the
Company with a holding of 18,952 No. of equity shares of Rs 100
each out of 33,429 shares issued. Out of the holding 5,000
shares were charged with a Bank as on 31st March.

1994 - 5,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each allotted on private
placement basis.

2005

-The Company has recommended dividend @ 12% on the equity shares of the Company.

2007

-The Company approved Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2

-The Company has recommended dividend @ 15%

2008

-The Company has recommended dividend @ 15%

-The Company has approved Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2.

2009

-The Company has recommended a Dividend @ Rs 1.50 per share of Rs 10/- each.

2010

-The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per Equity Share for the year.

2011

-The Company recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity share.

2012

-The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity share.

2013
- The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity share.
- WH Brady & Company Ltd has appointed Mr. Vaibhav P. Morarka as an Additional Director of the Company.
