Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on May 27, 2023 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂVrundavan Plantation LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated June 5, 2023. The CIN of the Company is U02003GJ2022PLC137749.
