The Company was incorporated as ‘VKJ Infradevelopers Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated March 12, 2010 bearing registration number 200014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act and the name of the Company was changed to ‘VKJ Infradevelopers Limited’ pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company dated May 29, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.Corporate identification number is U45400DL2010PLC200014.

The Company initially started its operations by way trading into construction related meterials, primarily soils and sands. The main civil works consists of land and site development, land filling, fencing walls etc.Currently,the company engaged in the business of Land Development, Civil Construction and trading in construction materials, primarily soils and sands. Currently the company based in Delhi.

Current promoters are Mr. Manoj Kumar, Mr. Arun Kumar Chalukya, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chauhan and SSD Real Estate Developers Private Limited.Company was initially promoted by Mr. Vivek Kumar Jain and Mr. Dinesh Pandey. Mr. Nitin Kumar Jain and Mr. Sushil Kumar became the Directors of the Company in April and May 2010 respectively and acquired the Equity Shares from earstwhile promoters in October 2011.Current Promoters acquired the Company on October 1, 2012.
