Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name ÂVivid Electromech Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 at Bombay, Maharashtra, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 10, 1990 bearing registration no 11-57679 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bombay, Maharashtra. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 21, 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from ÂVivid Electromech Private Limited to ÂVivid Electromech Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 12, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Our CompanyÂs Corporate Identity Number consequent to conversion is U31200MH1990PLC057679.
