2000 -NetAcross merges with Online Solutions -The US-based Foreign Community Inc (FC), specialised in B2B e-commerce, has entered into a strategic partnership with Hyderabad-based Online Media Solutions Ltd (OMS), to develop and delivery quality Internet services in India.
2001 -Online Media Solutions a citybased ISP proposes to allot 21,47,500 No. of equity shares to P V Narasimha Rao and Associates on a preferential basis.
2008 - Company name has been changed from Online Media Solutions Ltd to Virgo Global Media Ltd.
2011 -The Registered Office of the company shifted from 9-1-83 & 84, Amarchand Sharma Complex, S.D. Road, Secunderabad - 500 003 to Plot No.5, Mithila Nagar, Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500 034.
