Virat Crane Industries Private Limited was incorporated on 18th June 1992 as a private limited company under the provisons of the Companies Act 1956 in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The company was converted into a public limited company on 2nd December 1992 in terms of Special Resolutions passed on 16th July 1992 U/S 33(1)/44 of the Companies Act, 1956.
The company has been promoted by Shri. G Subba Rao and G V S L Kantha Rao.
The company proposes to manufacture Gutka (1200 TPA) Pan Masala (600 TPA) snd Fruit Masala (1200 TPA) by setting up a processing and packaging plant with all machinised facilities.
2006
-Virat Crane enters into Strategic Marketing alliances with Retail Majors.
2007
-Virat Crane through its subsidiary has entered into strategic marketing alliances with Reliance Retail Reliance Fresh for Durga Ghee, the branded ghee from Durga Dairy for Tamilnadu Region too.
2013 -Virat Crane Industries Ltd have recommended a Final Equity Dividend of Rs. 0.50 Per Share (5%).
2014 -Virat Crane Industries have recommended a final equity dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Share (5%).
