Viji Finance Ltd. formerly known as Panjon Finance Ltd. is a non-banking company incorporated at 12 October 1994; the name changed of the company was effective from 12 September 2012. The Company's principle activity is to provide financial and investment services. The Company is mainly doing Finance Business. There is stiff competition among major NBFCs in finance sector, but due to long history and good background, the customers give preference to the Company.It is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered at Reserve Bank of India, Department of Non-Banking Supervision, Bhopal Office. Its Registration Number is B-03.00080.

2013
-The Company has changed its name from Panjon Finance Ltd. to Viji Finance Ltd.

2014

- Recommended the divided on equity shares @ Rs. 0.50/- each (5%) per share.

- Appointment of Ms. Roshani Maheshwari as an additional as well as independent director of the Company.

2016
-Face value of the shares of the Company has been reduced from Rs.10/- per share to Re. 1/- per share.
-Incorporation of VIJI HOUSING FINANCE LTD (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) of the Company.

2024
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 8:11 at a premium of Rs. 0.5 per share.
