The Company Vidarbha Iron & Steel Corporation Limited is incorporated in the year of 1972. The Compnay has two units. They are :
1. Steel Unit : Producing of Steel Melting Unit & Tolling Mill Unit & 2. Computer Unit : Manufacturing Computer disketts of 5 1/4 " & 8" and Head Cleaning Disketts.
The company is exempted from licensing & registration requirements for its Iron & Steel and Computer disketts products respectively in terms of notification No.477 (E) dated 25.07.91 issued by Ministry of Industry, Govt Of India.
2010 -Vidarbha Iron & Steel Corporation Ltd has informed that Shri Anurag Saraf has been appointed as Additional director by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 18, 2010.
