YEAR EVENTS
1987 - The Company was originally incorporated on 5th June, in the name
of Vibros Intra Pvt. Ltd. The company was converted to a Limited
Company and the name changed to Vibros Organics Private Limited
on 29th December, 1992. The Company was thereafter converted
into a Public Limited Company on 3rd June, 1993.

- The Company was initially promoted by Mr. Anil Sood.

1991 - The Company received the letter of intent for the manufacture of
ONCB/PNCB on 25th March.

1992 - The Company decided to enhance the installed capacity of
ONCB/PNCB to 1250 tpa.

1995 - During the current year, the Company has come out with a public
issue of 35,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par. The
issue opened on 30th March, and was closed on 4th April.

1996 - The Company has the privilege of setting up the first project of
its kind in Northern India for the manufacture of Ortho Phenylene
Diamine and Para Phenylene Diamine.

- The company has set up a state of the art plant with all machines
of latest technology.

1999 - The company introduced new products in the market which have
better profitability.

- The company has taken certain pro-active measures to revive the
business scenario and position itself to face challenges
emanating from factors beyond its control.

2000

-The Company isse and allotment of 13,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par to the promoters of the company including their relatives, freinds and associates by way of preferential offer on firm allotment basis.

2011
- The registered, as well as the corporate office address of the Company has changed as
Registered office : C-34, Site C, Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida- 203206 (U.P.)
