VHCL Industries Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The promoters of the company formed a parnership firm named as M/s Weldflux Mfg. Co. on 15th February, 1991. The said partnership firm by indenture dated 16th February, 1991 purchased two plots no.27 & 28 admeasuring 1680 sq. mtrs situated at village Kharsundi, Taluka Khalapur, Dist. Raigad for a total consideration of Rs.1,51,200/-.

The promoters of the company then formed M/s Jhaveri Weldflux Pvt. Ltd. under the companies act, 1956 on 19th July, 1991 and converted into public limited company with effect from 20th April 1992. The company does not have any subsidiary.

The company is promoted by Mr. Praful Jhaveri.


2010

-The Company has appointed M/s. Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. C-13, Pannalal Silk Mills Compound, L.B.S. Road, Bhandup (West), Mumbai - 400078 Common, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

2011
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To 306, Commodity Exchange Building, Plot No.2, 3 & 4,Sector - 19, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400705.

2012

-Company has changed its name from Jhaveri Weldflux Ltd. to VHCL Industries Ltd.

2013
- VHCL Industries Ltd has recommended a dividend rate of Rs. 0.20 paisa per share (10%) on 36951970 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- per share

2014
-VHCL Industries receives export order for Specialty Plastic Recycled Granules

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from "Commodity Exchange Building, 306, Plot. No. 2, 3 & 4, Sector - 19, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400705, Maharashtra" To "Survey No. 285, Gala No. II, Main Khanvel Kherdi Road, Village Kherdi, Silvasa - 396230, U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli".

-VHCL Industries bags order worth Rs 20.5 crores.
-VHCL Industries has informed "New Product Launch".
