YEAR EVENTS
1993 - Vertex Securities Ltd was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 15th Sept. and later converted into a Public Limited Company on 3rd February 1995, to carry on the business of Investment Company.
- The Company is at present engaged in the business of Investment Banking. The Company has been investing in shares of well established companies which have good prospects of dividends and market appreciation.
1999 - The Company have created a trust called Vertex Securities Ltd Employee's Gratuity Fund Trust, with the LIC of India, and the Premium payable as prescribed by the LIC of India upto the Financial Year 1997- 98 have been remitted and the same have been charged to the profit & loss account.
2000
-The Company approved to convert into 12,46,425 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each, 49,85,700 partly paid-up equity shares on which allotment money of Rs 7.50 per share has not been paid by the respective allotees.
-Vertex begins depository services
2006
-Vertex Securities has declared an Interim dividend of 5%
2010
-Vertex Securities signs MoU with a South African Group, for investment in a joint venture company
2011
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2
