The Company was incorporated in the name of SMITESH
CHEMICALS PVT. LIMITED on 25th October 1990 vide certificate
of incorporation no.04-14567 issued by the Registrar of
Companies, Gujarat and the Company was converted into a
Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was
changed on 24th OCTOBER 1995 as DHVANIL CHEMICALS LIMITED.

The Company has been promoted by SHREE SMITESH V. ZAVERI,
SMT. SEJAL S. ZAVERI AND SMT. RAJULBEN V. ZAVERI. The
object to the Company is manufacturing of Aluminum Chloride.
The Company has gained sound expertise and experience in
manufacturing of Aluminium Chloride.

The Company began its commercial operations on 10.6.92 and
is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing
Aluminium Chloride with an installed capacity of 960 TPA at
its factory site at survey o.189/2, plot no. 4A, Village
Iyawa-vasina, Taluka Sanand, Gujarat.

Some of the reputed clients of the Company consist of
M/s. Pratiksha Chemicals Limited, Ahmedabad, Omni Dye-Chem
Limited, Ahmedabad, Chemicals & Dyestuff Industries, Nadiad
and Coltech Chemicals Limited, Bombay.

2010

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from "G-1, Gunjan Apartment, Nr. Umasut Flats, Vasna, Ahmedabad - 380007 to UL-10, Ankur Complex, Opp. X-ray House, B/h. Town Hall, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380006"

2012

-Company has changed its name from Dhvanil Chemicals Ltd. to Shrey Chemicals Ltd.

2013
-Mr. Sanjiv Mohan Gupta and Mr. Dipakkumar Rajaram Joshi are appointed as directors of the Company.
-Mr. Hareshbhai Madhabhai Togadiya appointed as an additional director of the Company.
-Jagran Production has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 5/-

2014
-Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 9,50,50,524 equity shares as bonus shares in the proportion of 2 (Two) new fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for every 1 (One) equity shares.
-Jagran Production has announces bonus in the ratio of 2:1
-Jagran Production has splits its face value from Rs 5/- to 1/-
-The Company has changed its name from Shrey Chemicals Ltd. to Jagran Production Ltd.
