Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name ÂVedant Asset Advisors Private LimitedÂ on July 7, 2015 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from Vedant Asset Advisors Private Limited to Vedant Asset Private Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand on November 29, 2017.Â

Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on April 28, 2022 our company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from ÂVedant Asset Private LimitedÂ to ÂVedant Asset LimitedÂ vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 3, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand, bearing CIN U74900JH2015PLC003020.
