YEAR EVENTS
1994 - The Company was originally incorporated as private limited
company in the name of Vasparr Consultancy Services Private
Limited on February 11. The Company was converted into a Public
Limited Company by passing a special resolution dated September
30 and obtained a fresh Certificate of change of name on 20th
October.

1995 - The name of the Company was changed to VASPARR SECURITIES LIMITED
and certificate of change of name was obtained from the Registrar
of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay on June 27.

- The Company has been promoted by Mr. Jayesh V. Valia and Mr.
Nimesh S. Joshi.

- The object of the Company is to provide a wide range of financial
services like Leasing, Hire purchase, Corporate Finance, Advisory
and Financial Consultancy, under one roof.

- The Company is carrying on business of investments in capital
market & placement of ICDs. The Company has invested its own
funds in various Listed Companies amounting to Rs.148.97 lacs.
It has advanced short term Inter corporate deposits worth Rs.
42.96 lacs as on 30th September.

1996 - The Company issued 22,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10/- each
for cash at par aggregating to Rs.225 lacs.

1999 - The company is planning to diversify into other areas of
development of recreation complexes, software/hardware and
manufacture of metal and plastic containers by altering the
objects clause of the company.

2006
-Company has changed its name from Vas Animations & Entertainment Ltd. to Vas Infrastructure Ltd.

2013

- The company considered and approved the merger of Pushpanjali Drums Pvt. Ltd. into Vas Infrastructure Ltd. subject to the approval of Stock Exchange, Bombay High Court, MCA, and all concerned authorities.
-The company considered and approved the shifting of the Registered Office from the present address i.e. 401, Court Chambers S. V. Road, Borivli (West), Mumbai - 400 092 to Jwala Estate, Plot No. 757 and 758, Old CTS No. 815 and 815/1 to 75, Survey No.115-A (Pt), Village Borivli, Taluka Borivli, Soni Wadi Near Kora Kendra, Off. S. V. Road, Borivli (West), Mumbai - 400 092.
