The Company was originally incorporate as Vaishali Pharma Pvt Ltd at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Privae Ltd Company under the Provision of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 25, 2008, bearing CIN U52310MH2008PTC181632 issued by the Registrar of Maharashtra, Mumbai. On July 01, 2008 The Company acquired the business of proprietorship concerns of the promoter Atul Vasani viz. M/s Vaishali Pharmachem through Business Assignment agreement. Consequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolutions passed by the members in Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 13, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to Vaishali Pharma Ltd vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 21, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mahashtra, Mumbai.
