Bee-Am Chemical Ltd., which was incorporated on 15.7.1988 as a Private Limited Company, has now been converted into Public Limited Company by passing speicial resolution at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 03.06.1993 and necessary change of name certificate consequent on conversion obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 28th June, 1993. It has set-up a plant in first phase for manufacture of Mono Chloro Benzene (MCB), a basic chemical used in the manufacture of several intermediates and dye stuff products.
The company has been promoted by Shri. Bhogilal M.Shah, Shri. Umesh Katre, Shri. Jayant K. chheda and Mukesh T. Shroff.
Bee-am Chemicals Ltd., presently engaged in the manufacturing of MCB at its unit located at Village LOHOP, Dist Raigad, Maharashtra. The existing facilities at the unit include Chlorination Plant, Heat Exchangers, Condeners, Bilers, Air Blowers, Distillation Column, Intermediate Tanks, Pumps. Additional equipment for increasing capacity of MCB to 3000 metric tonnes and for manufacture of PNCB 1200 metric tonnes and ONCB 600 metric tonnes per annum are to be installed.

-Company has changed its name from Tulasee Distilleries Ltd. to Tulasee Bio-Ethanol Ltd.
