The Company was incorporated on 22nd day of September, 1994
with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta
under the name and style of "Rosy Blue Credit & Finance Pvt.
Ltd." It was converted into a Public Limited Company by a
special resolution passed by the Company on
21st December, 1994 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation
dated 25th January 1995 was obtained. The name of the
company was changed to Transnation Securities Ltd. w.e.f.
6th June, 1995. The Company till recently was involved in
the business of investment in the new issues in the primary
capital market and also in short term financing.

CURRENT BUSINESS

The company is currently engaged in the business of
investment in shares and securities, particularly in the
primary capital market through new issues and also in short
term financing. The company is finding out avenues to go in
project consultancy, corporate advisory and also in fund
based activities such as leasing, investment in securities
and short term financing.

Leasing

The company has given on lease one car. The leasing
activities has been started w.e.f. April, 1995. The details
of fund deployed and income earned as on 31.10.1995 are as
