Rabha Plastics Limited (RPL) was incorporated under the companies act, 1956 as a Public Limited Company on 18th April, 1994 with Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur. The Company obtained the Certificate for Commencement of Business on 31st May 1994. The Company has been promoted by Shri. Ramesh J Saboo, Shri. Rajendra J. Saboo and Shri. Bharat V Gada.
The main objects is to manufacture, process, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in all types of Plastics including polythene, H D/L D Polythene, Polystyrene, polypropylene, PVC and ABS, and also to design process, buy sell, import, export or otherwise deal in all types of containers, packing materials, bags, sacks, boxes, bottles and other moulded or extruded goods made from plastics.
2012
-Company has changed its name from Rabha Plastics Ltd. to Trilogic Digital Media Ltd.
2014
-Recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity shares ("Bonus Shares") of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
2015 -"Trilogic Digital Media Limited and ITV News Network announce strategic alliance for Entertainment Broadcasting; launch Insight the WorldÂs first 4k Ultra High Definition Channel". -Trilogic Digital Media Ltd. has issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1
