Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the AGM held on September 30, 2022 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂTridhya Tech LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated October 25, 2022.The CIN of the Company is U72900GJ2018PLC100733.
