Total Hospitality Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

Total Exports Limited was originally incorporated on 24th June 1982 as a Private Limited Company and later converted into a Public Limited Company on 3rd September 1986. The company is presently implementing an export oriented high-tech electronic project to manufacture and duplicate 6 million numbers p.a. of 3.5 inches Micro Floppy Diskettes.

The project was initially taken up by the company to manufacture 1.80 million floppy diskettes per annum with an project outlay of Rs. 265.00 lacs. During the implementation due to foreign exchange fluctuation, increase in custom duties and increasing of total installed capacity to 6.00 million duplicating diskettes per annum, the cost of the project was revised to Rs.465.00 lacs. The project was reappraised by Bank of India.

The company's present promoters consists of Mr. Suresh Kumar, Mrs. Rashmee Seengal and Mrs. Santosh Grover.

The Company has entered into an agreement for technical knowhow with Atlantic Magnetics Ltd., Dublin, Ireland.

2011

-Company has changed its name from Total Exports Ltd. to Total Hospitality Ltd.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted 124, New Civic Centre, Bhilai To C-22, Saket Colony, Katulbod, P.O. SAF Lines, Bhilai - 490022, Chhattisgarh.

2012

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from from C-22, Saket Colony, Katulbod, P.O. SAF Lines, Bhilai, Chattisgarh - 490020 to Saanvi Restaurant, Narsinha Vihar, Katulbod, Bhilai, Chattisgarh - 490020

-Total Hospitality Registered Office is been changed to 1004, Millennium Plaza, Sec. 27, Near HUDA City Centre, Gurgaon- 122002.
